The hot springs with varying temperatures provided a relaxing escape after a long day. Private cabins with spacious showers added a cozy touch.

The Standard Triple Room felt cramped, particularly with three people and luggage. Limited breakfast options left something to be desired, and hot water issues persisted despite reporting. The overall pricing seemed high considering the space provided compared to other options in the area.

We did not want to leave and would definitely come back there. The food was excellent for breakfast. The room we had included climate control and TV. The staff was amiable and helpful can provide additional tips...

Stay at Your Own Risk-Unpleasant Experience

We were crammed into a small quadruple room instead of two reserved rooms. It felt quite chaotic, especially with luggage. The only upside was the beautiful hot springs, which you can access without staying here. Not returning.

the staff was friendly - i would come here again. the hotel was located so close to the forest or street, la fortuna and costa rica. the location was stunning and great in the middle of jackson and met needs. the venue was situated extremely close to some of tourist spots, like ecoglide.

I almost thought this place was nice, but the situation with the hot springs being open only 9-9 is just too limiting, and the staff coming to smell pillows is frankly absurd. How can they expect me to enjoy myself in a small room with no hangers and have a fancy breakfast brought to me, but no special treatment?
